SHIPPING

We will ship your order via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the weight of the package, delivery method chosen and shipping destination. 

Standard:  5 - 7 business days
Expedited:  3 - 5 business days

Orders over $100 ship for free.

RETURN POLICY

 This return policy does not apply to wholesale orders.

Our policy lasts 30 days for eCommerce orders placed on our website. At the end of 30 days unfortunalty your order will not be eligible for a refund.

 To be eligible for a return:

-Product must be in same condition as when it was shipped, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

-We are happy to replace any items that arrive damaged.  We will exchange the damaged item with the same item or an item of equal value.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

When shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
